MSH Best Practice Day

Summer Best Practices Day was a tremendous success! Team MSH worked hard from start to finish—beginning with an OBLIC session on ethics, followed by Lexis AI training, collaboration with Cooper Elliott, and big conversations around client care and responsible marketing. Wayne delivered a riveting State of the Firm address and kicked off our 2025–2028 business plan, a roadmap to expand access to justice in Ohio. We wrapped with a legendary round of MSH Jeopardy, then stepped onto the patio for some well-earned baseball.
