Announcing Dean Wilson as Attorney Recruitment Liaison

Today we are pleased to share that Dean Wilson will serve as our Attorney Recruitment Liaison, leading outreach that expands and supports a network of purpose driven independent lawyers across the state.

Dean brings rare credibility to this work. He is a former President of the Ohio State Bar Association, a 33 year municipal court judge in rural Ohio, Perry County, and the founder of the New Direction Drug Court. He helped launch the Perry County Free Legal Clinic and received the 2018 Presidential Award for Pro Bono Service from the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation. He currently serves on the Council of Delegates for the Ohio State Bar Association and on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation.

Dean partners with bar leaders and attorneys across Ohio to highlight LegalShield’s role in addressing Ohio’s access-to-justice crisis.
