Hassay Featured in Modern Lawyer

MSH is pleased to share that Managing Partner Wayne Hassay was recently featured in Modern Lawyer: Ideas for Legal Leaders, where he explores how law firms can modernize without sacrificing independence or ethics. 

His article, “The People’s Law Crisis and the Case for MSO Models,” lays out a practical, lawyer-centered path to expanding access to justice and why business reform—not rule changes—may be the most important next step.

Wayne examines why the traditional small-firm model is no longer meeting the needs of today’s consumers or practitioners.  He makes a compelling case that the future of access to justice depends not on changing ethical rules, but on changing how law firms operate.
