For 25 years, Connie Hudgins has been the welcoming voice on the other end of the phone, greeting every caller with patience, kindness, empathy, and excellence. She has a natural gift for helping those who are anxious, frustrated, or simply unsure where to begin. Her job is not easy, but even on the toughest calls, she makes everyone feel heard, understood, and supported.

Connie has also played an incredible role behind the scenes, training and guiding generations of Legal Assistants. She embodies everything MSH strives to be: client-centered, compassionate, professional, and human. She is undeniably a rock of MSH.

We are so grateful for the past 25 years, Connie. MSH wouldn’t be the same without you!
