Welcome, Maria!

Maria Levanoff recently joined MSH as an Associate Attorney focused on real estate, zoning, and environmental law. With five years of legal experience, she brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to new client intakes and consultations across a variety of practice areas, ensuring clients feel informed, heard, and supported from the very first conversation. Her broad exposure to diverse legal matters allows her to connect clients with the right resources and guidance from the outset.

Maria earned her B.S., B.A., M.A., and J.D. from Cleveland State University and is an active member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Outside the office, she calls North Olmsted, Ohio, home, where she lives with her husband and their two cats — both of whom are, without question, perfect angels who can do absolutely no wrong.
