Meet Phil 

Phil Ziegler recently joined MSH as an Associate Attorney, where he represents individuals and families navigating difficult legal matters after injury, accident, or other life-changing events.

Phil earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School and was a cum laude graduate of The Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. Before joining MSH, he practiced at several firms, advocating for justice for those in need. His experience includes personal injury, civil litigation, domestic relations, and debt collection for both consumers and creditors throughout Ohio.

Originally from Sylvania, Ohio, Phil is a proud Buckeye and longtime Columbus resident. He’s also a Donate Life Ambassador with Lifeline of Ohio. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, his rescue dog, Ginger, live music, and supporting the arts.

Why did you join MSH?

MSH was a great fit because I share their dedication to access and justice for all. MSH delivers on these objectives and has satisfied clients and consumers throughout Ohio for more than 30 years.

Why are you excited to work with MSH? 

I love the culture, values, and mission of justice for all. Having previously worked at high volume plaintiff firms, I see the issues that can arise and become problematic for clients. A central tenet of effective representation at MSH is communication with clients so that they understand their rights. MSH provides answers for those when they can feel vulnerable and lost.  

What would you say is different about how MSH supports its clients?

The team at MSH has a distinct advantage due to their experience across all areas of law without the feel of a large firm. Their combined experience offers clients a consistent and valuable resource. Additionally, numerous employees at MSH have been a part of the team for 20 years.

What do you think makes MSH unique?

Their ability to deliver timely, consumer-driven answers to the people of Ohio. All individuals, no matter their need, can expect effective, ethical, and goal-oriented answers specific to their situation and needs.
