Ohio recognizes postnuptial agreements, which can address many of the same issues as a prenuptial agreement. According to MSH Associate Brittany Gregorchik, the difference is when the agreement is created: A prenuptial agreement is prepared and signed before marriage, while a postnuptial agreement is prepared and signed after the couple is married.
