What should you do when you receive a class action notice? 

Class action notices are carefully written by lawyers and can be confusing. But some require you to make a legitimate legal choice.

You may be given the option to:
– File a claim
– Exclude yourself from the settlement
– Object to the settlement
– Do nothing

Each choice can have different consequences. In some cases, doing nothing may mean receiving no payment while giving up your right to pursue your own claim.
