Best Practices Day

Best Practices Day featured a full slate: Mark Weiker covered quality education consultation and collaboration; Wayne Hassay and Dean Wilson spoke about the critical importance of access to justice; Doug Peebles provided a brand update and invited more social media participation; Nathan Lance presented standards related to opening and closing letters; Matt Martin talked about performance reports; and Sophia Chang, of Ohio Access to Justice Foundation, shared insights about the Ohio Justice Bus and set the stage for our purposeful afternoon activity – packing bags that will be distributed to veterans at a future Ohio Justice Bus event.
