Important BOI update

MSH would like to update its followers and let them know of a recent update to the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) filing requirement.

In light of a December 23, 2024, federal court of appeals decision, reporting companies are once again required to file Beneficial Ownership Information with FinCEN by a new deadline of January 13, 2025. Please visit https://www.fincen.gov/boi for more information.
