Mark practices in the areas of general litigation and appeals. He has trial and appellate advocacy experience, including representing firm clients in litigation and appeals before the Supreme Court of Ohio. A significant portion of his practice centers on the defense of professional liability claims and errors and omissions claims brought against individuals and businesses, including the representation of real estate brokers and real estate salespersons before Ohio’s state courts and the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Mark has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers – Ohio Rising Stars Edition from 2009-2013, 2015-2017.
