Robert practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, commercial leasing, real estate and estate planning and probate. He has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, partnership law, limited liability companies and state securities law. He represents both purchasers and sellers of small- and medium-sized businesses.
