Theo is passionate about ensuring everyone has access to justice. In line with the firm’s mission to “make the law work for all”, Theo serves as an Associate Attorney in several practice areas that, among others, include small business, consumer protection, and estate planning.

Theo offers clients the invaluable insight of a professional who has navigated complex legal and regulatory environments in an array of industries and from a variety of capacities. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and the Ohio Army National Guard, he managed high-velocity default and bankruptcy litigation at the world’s largest bank. He then led global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and EH&S programs for a multinational Fortune 500 company and later served as an Associate General Counsel, advising over 800 banks nationwide. Drawing from his expertise, Theo has been a frequent conference speaker and continuing education presenter, and he has written extensively on matters relating to consumer protection, corporate governance, and risk management.

Away from the office, Theo enjoys exploring new parks with his Australian Cattle Dog (Grey), riding his bike long distances, catching an Atlanta Braves or Columbus Clippers game, and spending time with family and friends.
